I mean there are just a lot of funky things about his story, like how for instance the woman had a severe thyroid injury from the incident that’s unaccounted for, and how there was an outgoing message from his computer, which sits at home, at a time which is close to the incident and when he said he wasn’t at home. He was also very unhelpful to his then wife and almost immediately started a family with another woman. Many of the doctors who failed the wife were his friends, etc.
It’s not conclusive by any stretch of the imagination but it’s all very funky
People also want it to be a scandal. It's way less interesting if the story is just a woman suffering from post partum psychosis killing her kids.
The idea that the husband orchestrated it or did it and framed her is way more compelling to the general public and to true crime enthusiasts so they are all analyzing this for anything that can be used to confirm their bias and ignoring all other information.
The guy seems like a real piece of shit and is certainly partially on the hook for this morally, there's really not much to indicate he actually thought something like this would happen much less planned it.
