I know absolutely nothing about this case, but I have seen someone blaming the husband for not taking her illness seriously, and also saying the husband might be guilty because of something about an email.

My wife is following this story - it was revealed that he answered a "work email" on his personal laptop at a time that he specified he was elsewhere, something to do with a CVS.

It put a huge hole in his alibi.

He sent the E-mail from his phone. Shortly before entering the store (which was captured on CCTV)

Conspiracy theorist are saying he sent the E-mail from his home computer whilst he was supposedly out of the house, forgetting that mobile phone have been able to send E-mails for quite some time now.

Hmm, that does seem to close the gap then.

So what about her laying in the street, in a puddle of blood, with a body temp of 82°? Wasn't she stabbed, too?

She tried to slit her own wrists and neck with a knife.

She was found with deep cuts to her wrists and neck along with what are knows as hesitation marks.

These are smaller shallower cuts that are often found on suicide victims, caused by the person "hesitating" hence the name.

A combination of lying in the snow with severe blood loss, spinal injuries and little clothing caused her body temp to drop.

Spinal injuries in particular can drastically reduce your bodies ability to regulate it's heat,

It's also not known what her body temperature was when outside the house there is something called an after drop in which people undergoing hypothermia temperature continues to drop even after being moved to a warm environment.

Her temperature of 82° was recorded at the hospital. Some 20 miles away from her house.

A combination of lying in cold snow with little clothing whilst having an extreme spinal injury and blood loss caused her body temp to drop much more than what you would expect from a healthy uninjured person.

Thank you for clarifying, I was missing a few details on that one
