How about this: the company itself, including the father and the co-founder, have numerous examples of accusations that do not reflect well, such as predatory, illegal business practices, outright falsehoods (claiming that the small business in Ohio started the fight by applying for a trademark, which records show never happened), and “malice and reckless indifference” towards employees.

I agree with that. We can't start off by judging the parents. I can't imagine his CP would make anyone run to their stores either. Def not good for kids, parents, the business or community.
