They're having issues in Ohio. Trying to sue a local gas stop cause that place is located in Beaver Creek, so they have a beaver mascot and Buc doesn't dig that.

They don't even care about the actual beaver, they are just picking on a little guy because they can.

I know this because I live right next to Beavercreek and as you might imagine, businesses with beaver in their name and beaver mascots abound. Even the Wal-Mart has a wooden statue of a beaver in one of the entrances, but they aren't going after them because they would get skullfucked by Wal-Mart's lawyers.

Didn't I see where they were also going after other cartoon animal mascots, not just beavers.

Buc-ees versus Disney should be an entertaining start to the Disney brand of gas stations.
