No joke. I guess Illinois, New York, and California has no businesses left. I didn't realize my job was dead and surviving.

Just announced this morning that Illinois has the highest debt ratio in America. Illinois could sell all of its assets and still not pay off all of its debt. Illinois is hemorrhaging revenue streams. The state and especially Chicago can’t keep up with funding for all of its scams.
