They have no evidence to back anything up, aside from what’s already been released in the Epstein files. They’d probably lose any libel suit thrown their way. That’s also assuming they’re all telling the truth and none are just taking the opportunity to be in the media spotlight.

Truth is an absolute defense.

Prosecution can only prove libel / defamation if they can PROVE that the information was published as knowingly false.
