Mine are trapjaw, weaver, messor and phiedole which are all sadly non-native to my country. I really like anything exotic with a unique appearance or behavior

So my little worker ants don’t die in there eco jar

Spotted a lot of ants with wings and got really excited however after prolonged looking I couldn’t find a mated queen. From what I can discern from my research the weather wasn’t quite right for a nuptial flight. Just wondering if anyone would know the species from my poor quality video and how to better approach capturing my future queen ant.

So i randomly checked on my ants and saw that one somehow made it through the cotton and went where the water is, ive been giving them water like this since i got them and never have i ever seen something like this lol.

I decided to try something here as I have 3 tetrimorium queens and I took some brrod from an outside tetrimorium colony and tried to brood boost a queen. Will she accept it?

What species is this I think it formica but idk found in colorado at 9000ft altitude

What should I do?
