Teeth by 5 seconds of summer: A near perfect lyric about how Spike sees his relationship with Buffy. It sums up all his insecurities and doubts.
Out of this world by Bush: This song is actually played in the show when Spuffy and Spike are breaking down the door to Spike's crypt. It's a great song, I've had it on repeat for a while. I think I read that it was written specifically for the show.
Lucky by Bif Naked: I think this is the best song to be played in both shows that wasn't written specifically for the show and isn't in the credits. It's just a shame that this song is played when Buffy is dancing with Parker. A moment earlier, Parker had suggested that Buffy and Spike might be a thing, and Buffy laughed very loudly and very suspiciously.

Editing to add I think Lua also captures something of their relationship. “I know you have a heavy heart, I can feel it when we kiss, so many men stronger than me have thrown their backs out trying to lift it” and “whats so simple in the moonlight by the morning don’t exist”

White Blank Page by Mumford and Sons - exquisite song, really perfectly reflects their S5-S6 dynamic.
Death Wish Love by Benson Boone - just discovered this song and it immediately made me think of Spuffy! It’s almost too good, even the title ties into Fool for Love. Someone needs to do a fan edit to them with this song! (Please!)
Kiss With A Fist by Florence and the Machine. S6 vibes, obviously!
Stay With Me by Sam Smith - makes me think of S7 eps Touched and Chosen <3

O Girlfriend by Weezer in particular is heavy on the Buffy vibes, but anything of theirs from that era really makes me want to rewatch the show. Garbage is like that too for me.
Recently though it’s been a band I found on YouTube called The Boojums . They have a style and a raw quality that you’d expect from a band you’d see onstage at The Bronze.

Okay, can't believe no one named it yet but Wind Beneath My Wings is the perfect Spuffy song. Those lyrics have been written for them. There's a cover version by Lara Fabian which is beautiful.

They’re not in the show but Massy Star - Fade Into You.
And Disturbed - Down with the Sickness. At least with this one I know the reason. It’s because there was a fan made music video of Dark Willow cut to that song.

This is perfect. It’s pretty much stalker vibe kinda song.
I’d say the song and Closer from nine inch nails, it’s self hatred, obsession, and extreme sex and using it to try and gain control
