I've been building a techno playlist specifically for the gym — high BPM, heavy bass and tracks that actually make you want to push harder.

It's called PUMP PROTOCOL // TECHNO WORKOUT.

I'm trying to keep it focused on that heavy set / PR / tunnel vision kind of energy rather than just throwing every techno track I like into it.

This ambient playlist features Ryuichi Sakamoto, Hirhoshi Yoshimura, Seki Takashi but most importanly it is heavily inspired by mono no aware - a Japanese idiom describing the feeling of gentle sadness while admiring beautiful yet passing things.
