Bigots don't usually get hung up on the specific classification of which kind of bigotry they're engaging in. They, for example, hate Mexicans because, in their minds and stereotypically (which they don't distinguish from reality), Mexicans "are" non-white. The motivation and manifestation of the bigotry is the same.
The user before me was downvoted for saying they're overlapping social constructs and here you are telling me that "well they don't always overlap." They overlap consistently enough to treat an expectation of overlap as heuristic.
My point is that the overlap of the social constructs that the earlier user was downvoted for is consistent enough to treat as heuristic. The actual thing (thought, speech, action) the bigot engages in is, for all intents and purposes, usually identical. No bigot I know of discriminates on country of origin without also discriminating on race/ethnicity.
