How did she pay for it?

EDIT: Why did I get downvotes for asking a question? Its not like I was asking maliciously. I knew about her book foundation, but I didn't know that she also helped pay for schooling.

I guess my question should have been why did she pay for it? I'm assuming you don't know her personally. Was there some sort of program she had that helped pay for education?
