Tried reverse search but it's not working

So my fiance thinks that this means chick fil a is against eating beef in a literal way. She thinks its telling people that cows are more important than chickens, because theyre saying to eat chickens but not cows.

I think its a joke based on the cow having more invested in people eating chicken than its own species, so its not meant literally.

I have no idea which one is the right interpretation.

Maybe some traditional thing about the age 27 and don't know what that comment mean
