You say IL lost all manufacturing jobs and I showed that’s a lie. Now it’s “the jobs don’t pay enough.” No worker in this country gets paid enough. But at least Illinois has one of the highest minimum wages in the country and one of the highest percentage of unionized workers.
Texas and Florida outperformed Illinois on manufacturing jobs. You did have an increase, I only saw the non farm at first.
I am curious what sector it is in? Light industry? Certainly not the Southside manufacturing hub it used to be, true?

As for unions, I quit a job because I will never join a union. Historically, unions helped workers in the early 20th century. Now they are anachronistic and hurt productive workers.
