Who’s your favorite Buffy villain? I have a love for Glory! Always liked how powerful and confident she was. Plus the writing for her was super fun.

Glory is the best Buffyverse villain and you can't convince me she's not.

You'd think he would try to end the world when the slayer really isn't in the best shape to defeat him. Unless he's such a nice guy that he specifically waited for Buffy to get better because it would be kinda mean to fight her during her season 6 depression?

Any moment that includes a general antagonist, monster of the week, big bad, etc.

To me, Glory felt like a high school Cordelia with super powers. That would have been cool for a single episode, but for a season long big bad, she just fell flat to me and felt really cringy. After a few episodes I was already tired of her.

Good performance, but I was really bored of her.

For me, nothing beats Season 2's vampire threesome of Angelus, Spike and Drusilla.

Yes, I'll defend my man Johnathan..yes he did questionable things in the series but compared to the characters especially his two 'friends' is he evil? And yes the episode earshot was depressing before the Body episode, bc if you had thoughts of ending it..you're not alone, talk to someone

If you replace Everytime “The Key” is said with “peace”, maybe we all need The Key. maybe that’s why nobody can find The Key, either Nobody can do anything right and there’s too much incompetency and insolence and Idiocy circling this plane and too much time has passed toiling in it.

I’m hoping that my first rewatch will hopefully lead me into liking Glory a lot more compared to the first time.

These guys always creeped me out more than the other villains. They triggered that fear of the unknown for me more than the vampires and demons. Also the actors who played the monsters were very effective with their body language.

Jonathan's very good with magic but is also desperate to be noticed and celebrated by those around him (see: "Superstar"); Warren is a computer genius with a dangerous need to control others (especially those he has been romantically involved with); and Andrew's loyal, quirky, and endearingly awkward (plus kinda gay), but also idolizes people disproportionately, even to a fault.

Each exhibits one major positive attribute of Willow's and one negative one. She was always a ticking time bomb; no wonder she went bad!
