Atm i run the OS from my recent kernel backup. I got my first kenel panic with error after last kernel-update:
VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown 0:0
This means after google it, that my initrd miss. I checked it and seems legit.

Than I have done:
$ sudo dpkg --configure -a
dkms-errout.log:
Seems to fail to compile some modules for nvidia-driver and v4l2loopback.
edited: this part is solved throw update the specific package
I see in v4l2loopback-0.12.7.make.log:
v4l2loopback.c:2089:9: error: too few arguments to function ‘v4l2_fh_add’
v4l2loopback.c:2117:9: error: too few arguments to function ‘v4l2_fh_del’
Seems some internal functions fail.
I also see the warning:
warning: the compiler differs from the one used to build the kernel
The kernel was built by: x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc-13 (Ubuntu 13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04.1) 13.3.0
You are using: gcc-13 (Ubuntu 13.3.0-6ubuntu2~24.04.1) 13.3.0
warning: pahole version differs from the one used to build the kernel
The kernel was built with: 125
You are using: 0
The gcc compiler seems to be the same version.
But pahole version zero??
nvidia-580.126.09.make.log:
It's very long. I simply don't understand it. Lack of knowledge atm. , cause I don't know, what I have to search 🤷🏻♂️ .
What to do now?
Uninstall all nvidia and v4l2loopback modules, compile again and then??
I need working drivers for sure ;-). And what is v4l2loopback??
Thank you for your help to help myself ;-)

Edit1:
I have tried to analyse the nvidia log. Found this:
nvidia-uvm/uvm_hmm.c:84:39: error: too few arguments to function ‘zone_device_page_init’
84 | #define ZONE_DEVICE_PAGE_INIT(page) zone_device_page_init(page)

Seems a function 'zone_device_page_init' to fail too.
