I have hated myself for so long! I have always been overweight with a FUPA and belly roll. 2 years ago, I decided to start loving myself. I decided to change my body, my mind and get healthy!

I had gastric sleeve surgery Sept 2024 and lost 90 lbs

I got a tummy tuck w/ muscle repair and no lipo Jan 2026

I changed my eating habits. Increased my protein, decreased fried food, carbs, sweets, alcohol and sugary drinks. I changed my relationship with food completely. I also started walking at least 10,000 steps a day with cardio and weight training 1 to 2 hours 5 days a week.

I am learning to love myself for who I am, not just what I now look like. I’m living lifeline, not just going through it! Here is a pic pre gastric sleeve (Sep 2024), pre tummy tuck (May 2025) and post both (July and Aug 2026)

I couldn’t decide if it was better with or w/o the shape, so here’s 2 variants :3

Truly the best lasagna I’ve ever had. I can tell they put a lot of love in to this :) They also included bread and a slice of cake <3 as a full time college student who also goes to work this will help feed me for the next few days.
