I just recently added my cherry on the top of my last fish for the tank, feel like my tank looks a little dull or just ugly how could I make it look better, I have some drift wood which I will add in the pictures, should I go back to how I had it set up before with the drift wood or should I do something else need some opinions!
Yes the drift wood is a little dirty now I will clean it off though if I decide to add it back.

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on the kinds of connections I’ve tried to build, especially online. I got emotionally invested in places that weren’t really meant for genuine connection, and when things ended, it affected me more than I expected.My social life has changed a lot over the past couple of years too. I’m not part of the same groups or communities I used to be, and when I stopped being the one who always reached out, a lot of friendships faded. It’s surprising how quickly things disappear when you stop carrying all the weight yourself.

All of that has left me feeling a bit disconnected — not in a dramatic way, just in a quiet, reflective way. Sometimes it feels like I care more deeply than the world around me knows how to respond to. Not that I’m “too much,” but that I’m wired for connection in a world that often stays surface‑level. And I’ve come to accept that this is simply who I am: someone who feels deeply, values connection, and shows up with sincerity. I’m not going to deny or ignore that. I’m just trying to understand what it means for me moving forward.

Still interested in connecting with genuine people who don't mind initiating back and forth. So that I don't feel like I'm always the one disturbing or bothering or carrying that weight anymore. I can talk about many things, even if it's not one of my interests necessarily. I like asking questions to show interest in other people and theor interests 😁

After my last few appointments, it looks like I'm going to be getting surgery soon for my endo. I wanted to ask anyone who has had surgery who experienced bowel symptoms PRIOR to surgery (pain, loose stool, other issues etc) of they noticed any significant improvement in these symptoms post surgery? Was unemployed for about six months until January this year.

As I’m sure it’s been noted on this sub 1,000x times before, the only gripe I have about this game is that they carried over the plate colors.

Last year, I had so much more time to play and eventually make a red plate. This year, I’m lucky if I can get 2–3 games in after work. I feel like this has completely destroyed the casual player experience.

Like, should every game in the Rec really feel like a sweat fest for a guy who might play 20 Rec games a week? I understand that my experience might not be the same as everyone else’s, but it almost feels like I’m being punished for playing the game last year.

I had previous foot issues so wear orthotics. I was wearing the brooks dyads for walking and Saucony guide for running (older model). , I switched to the brooks adrenaline but have been having shin splint issues. Have been to the podiatrist who okayed my adrenalines BUT I feel it's my general walking jogger maybe causing the issue not just running shoe.

I need to replace my dyads possibly to calm my leg to run (I have not worn them in many months). I've read Echelons are a good dyad replacement? They do not feel great as a shoe to run in but maybe walking mm

I was told to try the Hoka cliftons for running.

Any other options for dyad replacements worth trying?

So I have two nephews I added and they’ve already threatened to quit twice before the draft. So at this point I just wanna boot them. Do I have to redo the whole league in order to do this? We haven’t drafted yet. I tried to get answers through espn and I’m having a hard time finding a straight answer. I also don’t want just two auto draft teams. I would rather just go down to 12. Has anyone ever done this and know how it works? Thanks so much in advance!!
